This display is operated intuitively and is equipped with many additional functions. With the pre-TARE function, the extra weight of a stretcher/gurney or wheelchair can be deducted directly from the total weight during the weighing process. The optional voice guidance feature is programmed for independent measurement so that individual as well as series of measurements can be carried out rindependently and precisely. The seca 216 has a variable scale with a range of 1.4 – 90″ that is inserted into a 55.3 inch frame. The height rod is easily mounted on the wall at the desired height. As the user can choose the measurement range based on how the height rod is mounted on the wall, the seca 216 is suitable for measuring children or adults. The results are clearly displayed in a window on the side of the rod. Head piece freedom of movement can be adjusted with tensioner knob. Measurement scale is printed in centimeters on one side of the tape and centimeters and inches on the other.
